It’s still forbidden for my user account.

So that I can update the shot-id_ID.png for the localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ home page, and update branches, tags for the 3.1 build.

may I ask who is the current admin / moderator of id.forums.wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/? There are currently spams and disturbing posts all around that needed cleaning.
Could you please give me a higher access (since I am still a “member” in the id.forums) to bozo the spammers and delete those posts? Thanks.

I’ve tried to build a package for the 3.0.5 based on glotpressGlotPress GlotPress is the translation management software that powers Translate.WordPress.org. More information is available at glotpress.org. translation.
Checked the language folder inside the package and the PO filesPO files PO files are human readable files which contain translations we use. These files are not used by WordPress itself. Each language will have its own PO file, for example, for French there would be a fr_FR.po file, for german there would be a de_DE.po, for British English there might be en_GB.po. included inside are definitely from glotpress’ latest ver (so is the multisiteMultisite Multisite is a WordPress feature which allows users to create a network of sites on a single WordPress installation. Available since WordPress version 3.0, Multisite is a continuation of WPMU or WordPress Multiuser project. WordPress MultiUser project was discontinued and its features were included into WordPress core.https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network. PO [ms-id_ID.po]).
But the multisite MO file seems to be from the previous version (which I believe is from svn:
http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/id_ID/branches/3.0/messages/ms-id_ID.mo).
Am I missing something?

I’ve been trying to keep up translating WP to Indonesian since September 2010 and glad to say it is finished, and now seems like the stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. are freezed and ready for 3.1 since there were no additional strings in the last few days. So, I’ve kept my promise to bring Indonesian translation up to date again, including the multisiteMultisite Multisite is a WordPress feature which allows users to create a network of sites on a single WordPress installation. Available since WordPress version 3.0, Multisite is a continuation of WPMU or WordPress Multiuser project. But due to an attempt to commercialize id.wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ and lack of coordination from WP Polyglots (I’m sorry but the whole procedure is really a mess. The team doesn’t even know who works for what, and if they are still active or otherwise.), and other pursuits, I decided to step down as an editor.

However, when I try to build release packageRelease package A release package is a packaged version of WordPress. In the past, most locales built their release package using the form in Rosetta’s dashboard., I’ve got this error:

When I try again, the error change into:

Is it only admin can build release version? How if my admin doesn’t active anymore?
