I am nominating myself rather than another translator, so there was nobody to check with beforehand. I am a native Dutch speaker and the sole developer of both plugins, and I plan to start with the Stable and Stable Readme sub-projects.

I will follow the nl_NL glossary and style guide, and I will match WooCommerce’s existing Dutch terminology rather than inventing my own, so that these screens read consistently with the WooCommerce admin around them.

One question: if Dutch (Formal) is maintained as a separate set for these projects, I would like to cover that as well, and I am happy to be told which of the two the team would rather see completed first.

If you would prefer that review stays with an existing Dutch editor, that is completely fine.
