OpenAI’s gpt-5.4 and gpt-5.5 models are available at translate.wordpress.org

The list of OpenAI models offered at translate.wordpress.org/settings/ has been updated. The previous twelve-model list is now down to the five current models, grouped by price tier:

  • Expensive: gpt-5.5-pro
  • Medium: gpt-5.5, gpt-5.4
  • Cheap: gpt-5.4-mini, gpt-5.4-nano

If your account had one of the older models selected (gpt-3.5-turbo, gpt-4, gpt-4-turbo, gpt-4o-mini, gpt-4o, gpt-4.1-nano, gpt-4.1-mini, gpt-4.1, gpt-5-nano, gpt-5-mini, gpt-5, or gpt-5.1), it has been migrated automatically to gpt-5.4-nano, the cheapest one. You can change it at any time on the settings page.
