dotorg.svn write access

When trying to deployDeploy Launching code from a local development environment to the production web server, so that it's available to visitors. wporg-make changes on the sandbox (roughly cd /home/wporg/public_html && bin/sync/wporg-make.sh && svnup-all.sh && deploy-dotorg.sh wporg), I noticed that bin/sync/wporg-make.sh fails when trying to commit to dotorg.svn.

wporgdev@mcliwanow.dev.dca.wordpress.org:/home/wporg/public_html$ bin/sync/wporg-make.sh
