Second Tuesday in a month – issues triage 2-3 PM UTC
Third Tuesday in a month – meeting 2-3 PM UTC
Fourth Tuesday in a month – Contributor DayContributor Day Contributor Days are standalone days, frequently held before or after WordCamps but they can also happen at any time. DevChat was cancelled for Nov 8th.

Super fast 6.4.1 minor shipped, within approximately 9 hours from the first bug report.
