@clorith approached the team last week to take a look at the following trac ticket #52654

The first thing that was checked was if this library is in PHPPHP PHP (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) is a general-purpose scripting language especially suited to web development. PHP code is usually processed on a web server by a PHP interpreter. On a web server, the result of the interpreted and executed PHP code would form the whole or part of an HTTP response. 8.0 since in the documentation it does not appear as such, although @javiercasares analyzed at that time and it seems that it is available.

On the other hand @mikeschroder found the source code in Github of the intl extension.

In any case it has been given cause to be analyzed during the next week and if anyone finds anything comment on the ticket.
