The email notification for WordPress 5.2 went out over the weekend.
There were 716 hard bounces (absolute failure to deliver), and around 50 or so ‘soft’ bounces (like a google group not allowing us to email) or auto-replies. The softs and auto-replies have been processed. We’re working through the hard bounces but it’ll be a while.
