General announcements

We’re working on updating the support guidelines, it’s being done via GitHubGitHub GitHub is a website that offers online implementation of git repositories that can easily be shared, copied and modified by other developers. Public repositories are free to host, private repositories require a paid subscription. GitHub introduced the concept of the ‘pull request’ where code changes done in branches by contributors can be reviewed and discussed before being merged be the repository owner. https://github.com/ and everyone is welcome to contribute at https://github.com/Clorith/wporg-support-guidelines

Our helpful tools (Also Viewing script and such), as noted in https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/helpful-tools/, have moved slightly. As userscripts no longer reliably update over gist files, it’s recommended to remove your existing one and re-install from the links provided on that page.
