Mobile Team Update – June 19th

We devoted over a week to work on small improvements and bug fixes, more notably:

  • Reader Improvements
    • We now allow users to search for sites instead of just posts for a certain topic.
    • We present Discover as a site stream.
    • We removed a secondary toolbar to clean up the UIUI UI is an acronym for User Interface - the layout of the page the user interacts with. Think ‘how are they doing that’ and less about what they are doing..

  • CI/Build Improvements

We also completed GIF support in iOS, and got Aztec-GutenbergGutenberg The Gutenberg project is the new Editor Interface for WordPress.
