# Community Team Update – 2 June

_We haven’t been good about posting on this P2P2 P2 or O2 is the term people use
to refer to the Make WordPress blog. It can be found at [https://make.wordpress.org](https://make.wordpress.org/)
at all, but myself and [@francina](https://profiles.wordpress.org/francina/) (team
reps) will be doing this after each Community Team meeting from here on. We hold
our team meetings on the first and third Thursdays of each month, so we will post
an update here the day after those meetings, which works out to being every second
Friday. It’s also worth noting that we hold two meetings each time with the same
agenda, in order to cater to multiple timezones. This update will be a summary of
both meetings together. We won’t post this preamble again 😛_

Items covered in this week’s meeting:

 * General check-in on current work
 * Reviving, updating and improving the Team Glossary
 * Reviving, updating and improving the Team Projects page
 * Posting chat summaries to this P2 (as explained in the preamble)
 * Creating sub-teams for different areas of the Community Team
 * A call for meetupMeetup All local/regional gatherings that are officially a part
   of the WordPress world but are not WordCamps are organized through [https://www.meetup.com/](https://www.meetup.com/).
   A meetup is typically a chance for local WordPress users to get together and 
   share new ideas and seek help from one another. Searching for ‘WordPress’ on 
   meetup.com will help you find options in your area. application vetting

 * How to run the Community Team Chat during WCEU
