Plugin Team Update for 25 Jan 2016

Again, we’re having some caching issues in the repo which is causing some plugins to ‘vanish’ and others to be approved and not have access. We’re working on this, but with a database the size of our repository, this is not as easy as it could be. Thank you for being patient 🙂
