Increasing IRC Support Visibility
We have not yet heard back on @clorith‘s promotion to moderator, so we have tabled this again for next week.
We want to make the availability of IRC support more prominent, but we do want more moderators to be in more timezones first, not only to keep things clean, but to also sort out disagreements and uncertainties.

Agenda for Contributor Team Meetup
WCSF is this month, followed by the Contributor Team Meetups, and we’d like to have an agenda established before that.
After some discussion today, it seems like a good usage of our time will be to cleanup, beautify, and otherwise improve the recently launched and so-far successful Troubleshooting Handbook by merging it with the Support Handbook.
A little bit of background, the Support Handbook is largely considered to be a moderator-only resource, and the Troubleshooting Handbook was conceived as a way to supplement that with resources for not-moderators. In reality, moderators are the minority of the incredibly classy group of folks who can all consider themselves support volunteers, and that should be reflected in the handbook. The moderator-only bits should really only be a small section of a much larger handbook that encompasses supporting WordPress as a whole.
The initial plan is to merge the Troubleshooting Handbook over to the Support Handbook, replacing or combining the few sections that overlap, and relegating the moderator-only resources to a small Moderators Only section. This will also knock that beautification goal off of the list, as the Support Handbook is gorgeous, and the Troubleshooting Handbook is just a bunch of P2P2 P2 or O2 is the term people use to refer to the Make WordPress blog. Could we do this outside of the team meetup? Possibly, but the amount of coordination involved in a project this size combined with our regular work schedules would probably mean that this will either take weeks or we just need to assign one person to do everything. The team meetup will allow us to both coordinate and work in person without worrying about regular work, which should result in us accomplishing this in a day or two.
