Support Update: July 2nd

Happy Canada Day! Yesterday…

Support is trundling along. There’s still constant angst about how to handle “This is not a review, it’s a support issue” posts, and in general strife about how a bad review is not going to be deleted just because it’s mean. It’s a complicated situation, and we’re keeping tabs on it, but don’t expect an immediate fix.

The posts in Alpha/Beta are mostly covered, but please do jump in: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/alphabeta

If a problem has a tracTrac Trac is the place where contributors create issues for bugs or feature requests much like GitHub.https://core.trac.wordpress.org/. ticket, you can mark it resolved 🙂 I promise, you get cookies if you do!

At WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Learn more. Chicago someone asked me why we don’t ‘explain’ IRC more and that’s a really good question (possibly something for us to toss in @siobhyb’s lap 😉 ).
