- Work continues on preparations for the 3.6 Codex Sprint, including page-reworks for Post Formats, RevisionsRevisions The WordPress revisions system stores a record of each saved draft or published update. The revision system allows you to see what changes were made in each revision by dragging a slider (or using the Next/Previous buttons). The display indicates what has changed in each revision., Menus and Post Locking
- The 3.6 Master Codex changes list was posted Friday and is a work in progress. As are the beginnings of the Version 3.6 page in the Codex.
- We’re getting some great responses to the Documentation survey @siobhan put up, which is linked on every page of the Codex.
- At last count, there are 10 people attending the Open Help Conference and Sprints as part of the WordPress delegation
- The Seattle WordPress meetupMeetup All local/regional gatherings that are officially a part of the WordPress world but are not WordCamps are organized through https://www.meetup.com/. A meetup is typically a chance for local WordPress users to get together and share new ideas and seek help from one another. Searching for ‘WordPress’ on meetup.com will help you find options in your area. did a docs sprint over the weekend, working on some of the handbooks and various Codex changes. - We hope to set actual dates for the Codex sprint soon, but they hinge on the 3.6 project schedule, which was not been updated. Look for a make/docs post when that information is available
