# Support Team Update for 04/02/13

A day late again, sorry.

 * Mod cleanup has resulted in no one who had access removed coming to complain,
   so that’s a success.
 * Discussions about how to track people who have been put on ‘moderation’ (i.e.
we have to approve their posts) has come back. Should we keep this public or
private? Where is a good place to store it? (right now it may become an invite
   only GoogleDoc)
 * Spam is spam. We had a surge the last couple days.
 * Sorting out spam reviews for plugins has been problematic. Remember: Don’t feed
   the trolls!
