# Support Team Update for 02/5/13

Otto’s spam fighting measures have helped reduce the woes.

Our current forum battle has been reviews, which are by in large left as is unless
someone says ‘Hey! That review is a meanie!’ Right now, it’s hard to tell if the
review is spam or not, so we tend to let them stand. If you think someone’s spamming,
tag it modlook, we’ll come look, but remember, a bad review may just be a bad review.
It’s your responsibility to act like an adult when you reply, not ours to mommy
you 🙂 (Also please don’t leave really mean reviews where you call names. That isn’t
okay.)
