Support Team Update for 1 Jan

Very very quiet.

Other than an onslaught of spam, it’s business as usual. We’re attempting to pinpoint the pain points for 3.5 (by which I mean the ones that impacted multiple people, vs the personal problems individuals are having) so we have a clear view of 3.5.1 (and the eventual 3.5.2 if needed). The hardest part about the make/support site is people posting support questions on the site (FYI, we just delete them, otherwise the site gets too cluttered too fast, sorry folks).

I’ve been attempting to work out an IRC schedule that would rotate, but it’s hard to get a feel for what times are good for people, so there may be a need for a post (if people want to reply) for times that are good.
