Good news! We have a nice long queue of people who’ve applied to moderate, but I don’t want to approve anyone until we know how they’ll be trained to our established procedures.

I won’t be asking us to add anyone until we have more videos to publish, but when that happens, how do you want to handle training?

What do you think is the better method: to have some people be assigned to training new mods, or to assign “buddies” to each new moderator until they’re ready to leave the nest and publish like the eagles?
