This guide is intended to help you get started contributing to the WordPress.tv team at a contributor dayContributor Day Contributor Days are standalone days, frequently held before or after WordCamps but they can also happen at any time. Before the event

• Check with the Contributor Day lead that the IP address that will be used has been whitelisted. This can be done by joining the #MetaMeta Meta is a term that refers to the inside workings of a group. • When WordCamps are over, people can submit the videos using the standard submit form http://wordpress.tv/submit-video/ (Preferred if all videos already have the intro and are below 1GB. • Since end of last year we are pushing all WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy.
