Before the event
- Check with the Contributor Day lead that the IP address that will be used has been whitelisted. This can be done by joining the #MetaMeta Meta is a term that refers to the inside workings of a group. For us, this is the team that works on internal WordPress sites like WordCamp Central and Make WordPress. channel in slack 1 or 2 days before the event and explaining there.

- As the WiFi download speed might not be optimal, consider downloading some (shorter) videos on e.g. a memory stick to use during Contrib Day.

- When WordCamps are over, people can submit the videos using the standard submit form http://wordpress.tv/submit-video/ (Preferred if all videos already have the intro and are below 1GB. - Since end of last year we are pushing all WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They’re one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy.
