You’re in the right place! Content Translators are welcome to translate any piece of content. But here are a few hand-picked items we’d love to translate into every language as soon as possible.

For beginners – Tutorials
Is this your first time translating content for the Training Team? Then Tutorials are the easiest content type to start on.
If you haven’t done so, please start by completing the Training Team’s onboarding program. Then, follow the steps under (a) Add subtitles to the English video to translate these Tutorials:
- Getting to know the WordPress Dashboard (Translations in progress)

- Choosing and Installing a Theme (Translations in progress)
- Building a home page with a block theme (Translations in progress)
If those tutorials have all been translated into your locale, then you can pick any other Tutorial from the Learn WordPress website.
The team manages translations on GitHubGitHub GitHub is a website that offers online implementation of git repositories that can easily be shared, copied and modified by other developers. Public repositories are free to host, private repositories require a paid subscription. GitHub introduced the concept of the ‘pull request’ where code changes done in branches by contributors can be reviewed and discussed before being merged be the repository owner. https://github.com/. Before translating, make sure to click on “Translations in progress” listed above. If your locale shows up on the following page, then it means someone has already started (or completed) the translation. In that case, please choose another Tutorial to translate.
