Content Outline and Draft

  1. The Training Team Admin or Guide creates the draft course and puts this on the project tracker.
  2. At the same time, the contributor outlines their content, which is then reviewed by the Instructional Designer. Make sure the outline includes:
    1. Finalized description
    2. Objectives
    3. Units and lessons
    4. Research and add links to support and developer docs
    5. SEO review
  3. Notes and edits are sent back to the contributor for them to start creating their content.
    1. This step is repeated as many times as is necessary to get content to where we need it to be with guidelines followed.
    2. All notes are in the Help Scout thread for future reference.
  4. If the contributor is submitting video as part of their content this must follow the Workshop guidelines.
