SEO Expert

Overview

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a vital part of Digital Marketing. Being an SEO Expert is a critical part of the training team to ensure higher visibility of the Training and Learn website before the target audience across Search Engines.

SEO Experts will be part of Subject Matter Experts itself. At least one SME (Faculty Member) will initiate as an SEO expert and onboarding new SEO experts to expand the team. He/She will guide them with the weekly tasks and make sure it brings value to the entire training team. This handbook includes process and steps to execute responsibilities as an SEO Expert.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting keyword research and suggesting the best keyword.
  • Auditing existing pages/posts to increase visibility before the target audience.
  • Adding MetaMeta Meta is a term that refers to the inside workings of a group. For us, this is the team that works on internal WordPress sites like WordCamp Central and Make WordPress. fields for each post and page. This includes a meta title and meta description.
  • Run the analysis and provide feedback on optimization tasks if any.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on Training and Learn Website.
  • Coordinate and work with the Marketing team, helping with the best keywords, titles, and captions for sharing Training/Learning pages/Posts.
