SupportFlow Issues

One of our goals for 2016 is to distribute the task of responding to SupportFlow tickets. These are sent by people filling in our various contact forms, lesson plan testing feedback forms, etc.

A month ago I attempted to answer a few, when @liljimmi noticed she was being CC’d on the emails! I opened a ticket in Meta Trac: and @iandunn is helping us to troubleshoot this problem so myself and others can continue to respond quickly to SupportFlow tickets.

@liljimmi, did you have a chance to investigate @iandunn‘s response and see if it’s a setting inside SupportFlow that’s been set?

My goal is to have this resolved by the end of this week so we can respond to the backlog of interested contributors.
