      1. Outline of the four tiers of lesson plans
        • @bethsoderberg reminded us of the tier outlines that we were given at WCUS by Jen.
        • These tiers are listed in the P2 post here: https://make.wordpress.org/training/2015/12/15/4-tiers-for-workshops/ (hat tip to @courane01)
        • We discussed the terms “use all features” that are in the tiers. It is a very broad thing and merits some brainstorming + refinement. Probably best in a P2P2 P2 or O2 is the term people use to refer to the Make WordPress blog. It can be found at https://make.wordpress.org/. post.
      2. Updates on the Tier One lessons
        • @juliekuehl no additional progress on pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party overview
        • @meaganhanes “What You Can Do With WordPress” will be done and ready for editing by Jan
        • @chanthaboune is formulating a timeline for the lessons
          • @chanthaboune asked for time spent on each part of the lesson creation: Research – 2-4hrs, Content – 2-4hrs, Visual assets – 1-2hrs, Copyediting – 1-2hrs, Testing – ??
      3. Updates on copy editing from @meaganhanes
        • We got a lot of copyediting done last week! There were 5 items to copyedit, and 4 are 100% done! (Theme CustomizerCustomizer Tool built into WordPress core that hooks into most modern themes. You can use it to preview and modify many of your site’s appearance settings., What To Do When You Forget Your Password, and Template Hierarchy)
        • Also, the template emails for SupportFlow are done.
        • @c3zh edited the Settings page. Some additional edits are required and will be ready by the end of the year.
        • @judylw has volunteered to add questions to the “what to do when you forget your password” lesson
      4. Holiday expectations: do we want to meet next week?
        • We are not meeting next week, but@chanthaboune will post a plan/timeline and ask for updates in the same post.
      5. Questions on any other things
From last week: installation lesson. Courtney found this tutorial for a USB install (http://lorelleteaches.com/2012/02/04/how-to-install-wordpress-on-your-computer-or-usb/) but Hack the Hood uses Chromebooks. Will have continued discussion on P2 post.
