This agenda is for the Contributor Team Working Day on December 3rd at WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Learn more. US in Philadelphia. We have three problems related to testing:
- getting people to test
- vague process to onboard people to test
- ill-defined process for processing feedback
Tracy needs more help with SupportFlow
- We will add a SupportFlow inbox zero item to our meeting agenda
- Tracy will train the folks who are here in Philly so more people have access and know how to use SupportFlow

Testing Process
1. Person expresses interest in testing
2. They read the testing guide: https://make.wordpress.org/training/testing-modules/module-testing-guide/
3. They fill out the testing interest form here: https://make.wordpress.org/training/testing-modules/
4. A standardized response goes to the tester and they get more information.
5. The person tests the plan.
6. They fill out the testing feedback form here: https://make.wordpress.org/training/testing-modules/testing-feedback/
7. A standardized response goes to the form they fill out – thank you for responding
8. The person who checks support flow is responsible for the following:
- Adding the information about the tested plan to our spreadsheet here:
- Bringing up the tested plan results during the weekly meeting

- Sending the standardized response to the person.

9. Tasks for changes to the plan are assigned out through the weekly meeting.
