For a quick refresher of\u00a0Team RepTeam Rep<\/span> A Team Rep is a person who represents the Make WordPress team to the rest of the project, make sure issues are raised and addressed as needed, and coordinates cross-team efforts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0roles across the project, please see\u00a0the Team Reps post on Team Updates<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Reps in the Test Team perform primary and secondary (or backup) duties to help support team chats, make updates to the team\u2019s blog and handbook, remove blockers, keep a pulse on team objectives, and promote testing opportunities within the WordPress project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a reminder,\u00a0Reps are not called \u201cteam leads\u201d for a reason.<\/strong>\u00a0While people elected as Team Reps will generally come from the pool of folks that people think of as experienced leaders, the\u00a0Team Rep\u00a0role is designed to change hands regularly.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
