# 󠀁[Write access to dotorg.svn](https://make.wordpress.org/systems/2026/10/01/write-access-to-dotorg-svn/)󠁿

Requesting write access for myself to commit to `dotorg.svn`, as I’m working on
the bbPressbbPress Free, open source software built on top of WordPress for easily
creating forums on sites. [https://bbpress.org](https://bbpress.org) ticket backlog,
and a few hotfixes for the WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress
code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source
code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for
community conversations and organization. [https://wordpress.org/](https://wordpress.org/)
Forums have been necessary along the way.

(Konstantin was kind enough to help the past 2 times 💪 but I’d prefer to be more
helpful broadly than burdensome to anyone.)

Thank you! [#prio3](https://make.wordpress.org/systems/tag/prio3/)
