Setup DoAction.org

We’d like to move doaction.org onto official infrastructure. WordPress.net is probably the best place.

When creating it, please set it to use PHP7.
We’ll also need SSHSSH Secure SHell - a protocol for securely connecting to a remote system in addition to or in place of a password. access for @coreymckrill, @hlashbrooke, and myself.
Hugh will need commit to https://meta.svn.wordpress.org/sites/trunk/doaction.org.

After it’s setup, we’ll migrate the code and content. Once that’s done, we can transfer the domain and change DNSDNS DNS is an acronym for Domain Name System - how you assign a human readable address to a website’s exact numeric coded location (ie. wordpress.org uses the actual IP address 198.143.164.252). to point to wp.net.

It’s probably better to leave it hosted on Pressable. The domain and DNSDNS DNS is an acronym for Domain Name System - how you assign a human readable address to a website’s exact numeric coded location (ie. wordpress.org uses the actual IP address 198.143.164.252). should be transferred though.

  My understanding is that Pressable doesn’t provide SSHSSH Secure SHell - a protocol for securely connecting to a remote system in addition to or in place of a password. I’d be happy with something like what VIP Go uses, where pushing to the `master` branch automatically kicks off a deployDeploy Launching code from a local development environment to the production web server, so that it's available to visitors..
    
    SSH is still a nice-to-have, but not a blocker.       It’s probably worth mentioning, though, that not giving devs SSHSSH Secure SHell - a protocol for securely connecting to a remote system in addition to or in place of a password. will probably mean that we’ll have to rely on Systems for some basic stuff we could otherwise do ourselves, VCS and deployment setup, database imports, troubleshooting things that can’t be reproduced in local dev environments, etc.

  We have a similar situation with a new site that we want to launch for the Swag Museum.
  
  The URLURL A specific web address of a website or web page on the Internet, such as a website’s URL www.wordpress.org is still pending Matt’s approval, and that may drive some of where it’s hosted, but I’d prefer to host it on w.net (or a suitable alternative). We have an ongoing need for a place like w.net to host one-off sites like WP15 and perennial sites like WPF, Do Action, Swag Museum, etc.
  
  I don’t blame you for not wanting to maintain an w.net anymore, and am totally open to some other alternative, but we need _something_. Preferably something on w.org infrastructure rather than an external company, but definitely something that has basic features (like PHP7, and SSHSSH Secure SHell - a protocol for securely connecting to a remote system in addition to or in place of a password. or post-push deploys) that modern development depends on.
