• The first meeting of the Grid-aware websites project by The Green Web Foundation took place and we are happy to have two Sustainability Team’s members as a representation at its Technical advisory group.
• The Sustainable Web Interest Group is officially part of WC3.
• Join the new #five-for-the-future official SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/. channel.
• First Sustainability French handbook is being published.

➡️ Looking for feedback

• Updates on the WordPress Sustainability Plugin: We are looking for alternatives to PSI APIAPI An API or Application Programming Interface is a software intermediary that allows programs to interact with each other and share data in limited, clearly defined ways. for measuring the page size to reduce the response file size. And we invite you to test the pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. • Team Reps voting for 2025 up to discussion. Usually, teams vote for their Team Reps every year, whether or not the current reps want to continue. However, we (as a team) have the freedom to decide and adapt how to proceed. Please share your thoughts with us here.
