Everyone is welcome to contribute to the meeting by commenting in Slack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/. threads during the meeting and throughout the following days. Meeting notes will be published by the following Tuesday to also incorporate these asynchronous conversations.

- We invite all those who has attended to provide feedback on their experience at the WCUS Conference or Contributor Days regarding sustainability.
- At the last meeting, @ipajen brought and interesting topic: Is WordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ using green power? We need you to help us answer two questions: What information do we have about this? and What can we, as a team, do for change or improve this?
- Training Team is working on a Learning Pathway for designers that includes a lesson focused on sustainability. @ironnysh asked to give feedback on this. This is specially important to all the contributors interested on working on the guidelines project as we are still discussing the publishing format(s) and this can be a good reference.

- Getting funding for the WP Sustainability Plugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party and its Guidelines
- Find out how we can partner with organizations outside the WP ecosystem that deal with the same challenges within the world of open-source. As discussed here and here.
- Determine if we can leverage GitHub GitHub is a website that offers online implementation of git repositories that can easily be shared, copied and modified by other developers. Public repositories are free to host, private repositories require a paid subscription. GitHub introduced the concept of the ‘pull request’ where code changes done in branches by contributors can be reviewed and discussed before being merged be the repository owner. https://github.com/ Sponsors and Open Collective to sustain the WordPress project and community; IF yes, work through the implementation steps.
- Determine if we can leverage and extend the FundOSS fundraising format to raise funds for teams and priority projects; If yes, work through the implementation steps.
