Sustainability Team meetings start at 11:00 UTC bi-weekly on Fridays. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the meeting by commenting in SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/. threads during the meeting and throughout the following days. Meeting notes will be published by the following Tuesday to also incorporate these asynchronous conversations.

• Now that the team badges are already setup, people involved on the team can request them according to the decided criteria.

• Feedback on WP Sustainability Team Roadmap proposed at the previous meeting. Check the details in the chat summary. Finalizing the document for publication on Monday 2nd of September.
• Feature overview of the WP Sustainability plugin and the guidelines: feedback and addings to the 2 documents are welcome
• WCUS’ Contributor Day & WCUS Contributor Day WP Sustainability Team agenda

2A. Social Sustainability

• Improve Sustainability Team handbook
• Leave your feedback on the Project Health Dashboards hangouts summary
• Organizations sponsoring non-staff
• Adopt and integrate Open Collective

2B. Economical Sustainability

• Getting funding for the WP Sustainability PluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party and its Guidelines [update]

2C Environmental Sustainability

• Improve the Sustainable Events Handbook section.
• Create a draft to collect information about the efforts made by the WCEU’s organizers in favor of environmental sustainability.
• Let’s create a better overview of WP Sustainability issues
• Create a template/pattern for a sustainability page for WordCamp sites

3️⃣ Open Discussions

Anyone is more than welcome to bring any topic for open discussion during the meeting.
