• Now that the team badges are already set up, people involved on the team can request them according to the decided criteria.
• WordPress Sustainability Team’s GithubGitHub GitHub is a website that offers online implementation of git repositories that can easily be shared, copied and modified by other developers. Public repositories are free to host, private repositories require a paid subscription. GitHub introduced the concept of the ‘pull request’ where code changes done in branches by contributors can be reviewed and discussed before being merged be the repository owner. https://github.com/ has been added to the directory created by Open Sustainable Technology.
• Discussion around the focus of the sustainability table for the upcoming WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Learn more. US.

Looking for feedback

• Proposal from last month’s Mentorship Chat to work closely with the Sustainability Team.
• Feedback on WP Sustainability Team Roadmap proposed at the previous meeting. Check the details in the chat summary.
• Feature overview of the WP Sustainability plugin and the guidelines: feedback and addings to the 2 documents are welcome.
• Training team testing GatherPress as an alternative for meetups.

• Improve Sustainability Team handbook
• Improve the Sustainable Events Handbook section.
• Leave your feedback on the Project Health Dashboards hangouts summary
• Organizations sponsoring non-staff
• Adopt and integrate Open Collective
• Create a draft to collect information about the efforts made by the WCEU’s organizers in favor of environmental sustainability
• Let’s create a better overview of WP Sustainability issues
• Create a template/pattern for a sustainability page for WordCamp sites
