• Feedback would be appreciated on Addressing Overlapping Initiatives and Improving Collaboration Across Teams
• Feature overview of the WP Sustainability plugin and the guidelines: feedback and addings to the 2 documents are welcome
• Training team testing GatherPress as an alternative for MeetupMeetup All local/regional gatherings that are officially a part of the WordPress world but are not WordCamps are organized through https://www.meetup.com/. A meetup is typically a chance for local WordPress users to get together and share new ideas and seek help from one another. Searching for ‘WordPress’ on meetup.com will help you find options in your area..
• Feedback on WP Sustainability Team Roadmap proposed at the previous meeting. Check the details in the chat summary.

These are some of the priority projects and tasks to be taken forward. Are you a newcomer? Check our good first issues.

• Improve Sustainability Team handbook 
• Improve the Sustainable Events Handbook section.
• Leave your feedback on the Project Health Dashboards hangouts summary
• Organizations sponsoring non-staff
• Adopt and integrate Open Collective
• Create a draft to collect information about the efforts made by the WCEU’s organizers in favor of environmental sustainability.
• Let’s create a better overview of WP Sustainability issues
• Create a template/pattern for a sustainability page for WordCamp sites

3️⃣ Open Discussions

Anyone is more than welcome to bring any topic for open discussion during the meeting.
