Brainstorming and discussing about:

  1. End of the Team RepTeam Rep A Team Rep is a person who represents the Make WordPress team to the rest of the project, make sure issues are raised and addressed as needed, and coordinates cross-team efforts. voting. In this meeting, we’ll finally know the person who are going to be Team Reps until December 31st, 2024. You have time for Voting for the WordPress Sustainablity Team Reps until the meeting starts. You can also use this topic to share your thoughts about how to improve Team Rep election, for us but also to help other teams to have a standard. Talking about roles and how to manage the team from now on is also covered here.
  2. Sustainabilitysustainability Meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs Team input to the Dashboard Initiative. @courane01 and @harishanker have directly asked the team for feedback and to help them to move forward this initiative.   3. Sustainability Handbook for WordPress events. It’s time to structure and complete the first version of the handbook in order to make it official. Visit the Making WordCamp more environmentally sustainable: Input for the WordCamp handbook to catch up on the work done so far, work on the GitHub project if you prefer, and let’s move forward!
  4. Sustainable Travel Support for WCEU24. Let’s work on the content for the WCEU24 website. You can check the project on GitHub and take a look to some Resources and ideas for sustainable traveling to WCEU Torino the team have already shared.
