1. Team RepTeam Rep A Team Rep is a person who represents the Make WordPress team to the rest of the project, make sure issues are raised and addressed as needed, and coordinates cross-team efforts. nominations: the period for the nomination has ended today, 29-09-2023 11:00 UTC. The nominees should communicate to @nahuai or @yellowlime if they accept their nominations.
   The poll will be launched at poll.fm on 6 October and will be open until 13-10-2023 11:00 UTC.

2. Make/Team Dashboards: contributors are invited to read this conversation and comment in this follow-up post about Make/Team Dashboards. It has been noted that this project clearly touches on social sustainability while discussing how this team could take part.
3. Roles, processes and structure of the team: the team has been busy setting up GitHubGitHub GitHub is a website that offers online implementation of git repositories that can easily be shared, copied and modified by other developers. Public repositories are free to host, private repositories require a paid subscription. GitHub introduced the concept of the ‘pull request’ where code changes done in branches by contributors can be reviewed and discussed before being merged be the repository owner. https://github.com/ project to create a better overview on what is going on. ‘Issues’ could be used as discussions for now.
   The link to our GitHub repo (including the handbook and the roadmap project) has been added to this site.
4. A couple of related initiatives were mentioned (EU Open Source Policy Summit 2024, Concerns over the European Union’s Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Open Source participation in global legislation and Software Bill of Materials (SBOM)) and there are contributors interested to follow up certain projects and put them on the agenda (see thread here).

An open invitation was posted to participate (online) during the upcoming contributor day at Yoast where we will be represented at the #Sustainability table.
