Agenda

Brainstorming and discussing about:

1. Team RepTeam Rep A Team Rep is a person who represents the Make WordPress team to the rest of the project, make sure issues are raised and addressed as needed, and coordinates cross-team efforts. election process. Ideally, we should publish the post to announce the vote and call for nominations. We have to clearly define the process and fix the post draft in order to include it. We can use the hosting team voting process as a reference.
2. Establishing timezone friendly meetings. Date, time and hosts have to be decided. This a topic that will be opened in this meeting, as it’s the official one for now, but that should be discussed in a different time by those who are interested in join in.
   The ‘timezone friendly meetings’ is a concept taken from the deib-working-group. You can check their discussion about this topic as a reference.
3. Encouraging train traveling to WCEU. Moving forward in the preparation of information to be posted on the web page. Suggested by @ramon-fincken.
4. Issues with Sustainabilitysustainability Meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs Blog and Team section. Just some technical questions. Suggested by @noradriana.
