Welcome to the Troubleshooting Handbook Welcome to the Troubleshooting Handbook

The purpose of the Troubleshooting Handbook is to teach you how to troubleshoot common WordPress issues posted in the WordPress.org Support Forums by other users. The Handbook will also help you understand what causes common issues, and how to properly fix them.

Regardless of your level of experience with WordPress, you will always know more than someone who is completely new to WordPress. With that in mind, you can help make WordPress more awesome by responding to the topics you’re knowledgeable about in the WordPress.org Support Forums. So if you want to help other WordPress users, but are not sure where to start, then this guide is for you.

In addition, the aim of the guide is to give you a working knowledge of how the forum works, as well as to provide insight into the needs and expectations of other users, so that you can provide help more confidently.
