December 21st Support Team Meeting Summary

General announcements

First a reminder that out workshops will be continuing in January.

Scaling Support: Dip the Data Bucket Every Day – Workshop on January 22, 2018

Following this, in February we’ll be looking to continue our onboarding experiment from WordCamp US, we’ll be targeting the Americas with this one, around 8-9ish am PST, but will be looking to rotate it for other regions/timezones for future renditions. In light of this we would like some feedback on what days of the week are good for this kind of event from those who would look to attend.

Next weeks meeting will be skipped, as it’s the holidays and many of us will be with family or friends. Some of us will still be around if there are questions, but no formal gathering on Thursday 28th, we’ll instead meet back January 4th, refreshed and ready to tackle anything that comes our way!
