What is the Troubleshooting Handbook? It’s all of our support experience rolled into a handy guide, complete with copy-and-paste frequent replies, philosophical bits, code examples, and more! If you want to get involved in WordPress support, but feel like you need a crash course, this is that crash course.
Increasing IRC Support Visibility
We want to make the availability of IRC support more prominent, but we do want more moderators to be in more timezones first, not only to keep things clean, but to also sort out disagreements and uncertainties. We still have not heard back yet about promoting Clorith to that role, so we have tabled this item again until next week.
Agenda for Contributor Team Meetup
WCSF is this month, followed by the Contributor Team Meetups, and we’d like to have an agenda established before that.
At the moment there’s no fixed agenda but we’re hoping to get an outline of one before WCSF. Worse-case scenario, we could always work on IRC Support Visibility and Troubleshooting Handbook improvements, but we all want to shoot for loftier goals, not just the things we keep hitting every week. 😉
