The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the \"Project Translation Editor\" role that can approve translations for specific projects. This often creates a significant barrier for Chinese users to fully utilize these amazing tools.<\/p>\n<p>I am very passionate about the WordPress open-source community and would love to step up and join the Chinese translation team. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/\">https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/<\/a> or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party.<\/span><\/span><\/span>, so I can effectively manage its <span tabindex='0' class='glossary-item-container'>localization<span class='glossary-item-hidden-content'><span class='glossary-item-header'>Localization<\/span> <span class='glossary-item-description'>Localization (sometimes shortened to \"<b>l10n<\/b>\") is the process of adapting a product or service to a particular language, culture, and desired local \"look-and-feel.\"<\/span><\/span><\/span>. I have already submitted the initial translation <span tabindex='0' class='glossary-item-container'>strings<span class='glossary-item-hidden-content'><span class='glossary-item-header'>String<\/span> <span class='glossary-item-description'>A string is a translatable part of the software.
