I’m working on two sites at the moment…

I’m working on two sites at the moment that have to be bilingual Welsh/English, and I’m sure I’ll get more in the future. I’m using the WPML plugin for this purpose. The files cy.mo and cy.po do exist (http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/cy/trunk/messages/cy.po and http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/cy/trunk/messages/cy.mo), but I’ve noticed a couple of mistakes (typos). This being the case, our translator will have to go through the file and I’d like to contribute the corrected file back, but I can’t find anyone actively working on the Welsh translations.

Being completely new to all this could someone advise as to the proper steps I should take. Thanks.
