I am the plugin author for Timeline Express (https://wordpress.org/plugins/timeline-express/). We have a number of great translation editors that we’d like to be able to approve translation for our plugin(s). A few of our users have gone through the plugin, and made the necessary translations – and have been back in contact with me about getting them approved so they can begin to use them.

The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles: General Translation Editor and Project Translation Editor for their respective localesLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico.
