The description of Akismet is still in English since the akismet po file has been out of admin po file and it has the important process how to install the pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party. Any plan to include it into the akismet po file?

Data: WP MU, 3.9.2

Recently I discovered that my custom Akismet’s localisationLocalization Localization (sometimes shortened to "l10n") is the process of adapting a product or service to a particular language, culture, and desired local "look-and-feel." was replaced by default one – 2 questions about auto updates and languages:

1) Does WP updates smth in wp-content/languages folder when auto updates?
I would like to keep all my custom localizstions (of all the themes and plugins I use) in this folder but now I am afraid that after WP auto update every custom localisation just disappear or will be replaced by default. Should I be worried about this or WP does not effect these?

2) What can I do to keep Akismet’s custom localisation in safe from the pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party or WP auto update? OR: How do Akismet update it’s default localisation and where Akismet stores it?

Regards.

This week I noticed that the Akismet statistics page under the Dashboard section in WordPress admin has not been translated in Dutch. I already searched the different repositories for both the translate project on .org and .com. Could anyone point me where to adjust this information about ham, spam, etc

are difficult to place placeholders correctly in Burmese.
It is in Akismet WidgetWidget A WordPress Widget is a small block that performs a specific function. You can add these widgets in sidebars also known as widget-ready areas on your web page. WordPress widgets were originally created to provide a simple and easy-to-use way of giving design and structure control of the WordPress theme to the user. and It shows as for example : 10 spam comments blocked by Akismet.
But in Burmese, we must translate as “spam comments 10 Akismet blocked”. When I move place like that, css span IDs are wrong and did not display correctly in front end widget.
Do I need to report it in tracTrac Trac is the place where contributors create issues for bugs or feature requests much like GitHub.https://core.trac.wordpress.org/. ticket ?

Hi guys, I’m sorry if it’s a stupid question, but where’s akismet? I need to check some akismet stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. which are there to translate for 3.1 version, but when I click on its reference it takes me to a tracTrac Trac is the place where contributors create issues for bugs or feature requests much like GitHub.https://core.trac.wordpress.org/. error page and when I try to search it, it doesn’t return anything too. Am I missing something? I searched this blog and couldn’t find anything helpfull too. By the way, what I want to check is the meaning of “clear”, when used by akismet, does it mean akismet deleted the comment or it unchecked the comment as spam?

Please remove the space following a comma (,) in akismet.php

Hi,

There are no spaces following commas in many asian languages. So please remove the space around line 992 in akismet.php.

Thank you.
