Hi there, I want to ask something: please add context to label’ stringst! In WordPress, bbPress, BuddyPress everything! We get upset when strings doesn’t fit at same line, are meanless or just looks weird where they belong.
It seems the dist file `/wp-admin/setup-donfig.php` has been revisioned since 3.1… So, heads up (a little late) 🙂
The revision you can use to compile the locale builds is
18401. This one is taken from svn tag.
With 3.2 now out, and since it will look bad in IE6, it would probably be a good idea for forums moderators of countries where it is very present (China and India, but there are more) to post a warning on their respective forums and maybe a link to the best browser replacement for their region.
Some strings are overlapping on credits page – https://mya.wordpress.org/wp-admin/credits.php
It goes to https://profiles.wordpress.org/users/0 for user at first place in translators list and second to “users/1”, third to “users/2”. Do I need to report in track ticket about it ?
I’m in first place, so it goes to “users/0” instead of “users/herzcthu”. I’ve updated my profile on wp.org profiles page.
I am testing the Twety Eleven theme and I found two problems:
- When compiling the 3.2-beta2 version on gl.wordpress.org, it does not include the translation files for twentyeleven.
- Once uploaded on the site manually, I see that some strings of the theme are not translated.
You can see a screenshot here: http://db.tt/nvhIBGB
The gl_ES translation files are here: http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/gl_ES/trunk/messages/twentyeleven/gl_ES.po
I know it is only a beta and many things are changing, but I notify it to bring you the opportunity to make corrections if necessary.
Thanks a lot.
I see some strings for theme descriptions in twentyte pot and twentyeleven pot. I translated these strings but they don’t appear on my wp 3.2 beta testing sites. How can I make it appears ?
