Locale request for Jamaican Patois

Not to be confused with Jamaican English

Most sources/references will label it as Jamaican Creole English, however, the ~3,000,000 active speakers only identify with the language as being named Jamaican Patois (Jamiekan Patwah). Though the language originated as a creole form of British English (due to colonization and the subsequent slave trade), it has far outgrown the realms of a mere derivative form of English and now stands on its own, with a diverse vocabulary and unique language constructs.

Its my 5th post in a row.
My first post was about 1 year ago, but till now, our new localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ is not opened.
I requested for Punjabi locale پنجابی.
There is a Punjabi(india), which is not used and understood by pakistani punjabi people.
Punjabi(india) is used by only 25 million people.
While Punjabi (pak) is used by more than 100 million people.
(Ethnologue).
Please open the Punjabi locale, so that punjabi websites can be created.

I’ve also checked the language is not available at https://translate.wordpress.org/
I want to add a new localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ ‘Punjabi’ being spoken in Pakistan.
Wordpress supports Punjabi in Gurmukhi Alphabet used in India only, while in Pakistan written in Perso-Arabic Punjabi Alphabet.
I have been leading the effort to get WordPress translated into Punjabi.
I have three persons of team (Rana Zubair, Malik Asam Awan Tipu, Imran Shahzad Rai).

Adding locale Forum to es_VE

Hi everyone. In es_VE we’re having issues with HelpHub articles. You can see is missing “support” part in the URL of this one https://ve.wordpress.org/article/formatting-date-and-time/. It seems that this issue is caused by not having forum activated. As I said in https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4877#comment:5, it would be great if you activate the forum to fix this issue and, if is possible, also using this to discuss topics related to our communities, especially translation, meetings and other topics about WP collaboration (not for Support, Spanish forums are great, and we encourage going there to anyone who ask)

I want help wordpress with Punjabi translation( pa_PK ). Can I become Punjabi validatorValidator See translation editor.? Currently there are no validators for this language. Punjabi is my mother tongue.
Punjabi is mother tongue of 55% pakistanis about 120 million people.
Pakistan “Punjabi” code is “pnb”.
