You can help translate WordPress to your language by logging in to the translation platform with your WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ account and suggesting translations (more details).

Want to help in managing and validating translations? Get in touch with the existing language team and follow the glossaries & style guides if the team has them. Also join your language team’ internal communication channels.

- Lies den deutschen Style Guide;
- Sieh dir das deutsche Glossar an;
- IV. Hierarchie der Regeln:
  - Oberste Priorität hat das Glossar,
  - steht ein Begriff nicht im Glossar, dann ist der Style Guide maßgeblich,
  - gefolgt vom aktuellen amtlichen Regelwerk
  - und zu guter Letzt ist der Duden ausschlaggebend.
- Besuche uns im deutschen Slack, Kanal #polyglots, um Antworten auf eventuell auftauchende Fragen zu erhalten – wann immer du unsicher bist, frag dort zuerst. Deutschsprachiges Tutorial, wie man sich für den deutschen Slack-Kanal registrieren kann;
- Bitte das Team (und nicht einzelne Personen) in Slack, Kanal #polyglots um Unterstützung. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves. hinzuzufügen. Wenn ihr es über Punkt 2 von euch aus machen wollt, bin ich auch dafür dankbar. Ich würde gerne noch bei FluentCRM und FluentCart mitwirken, damit auch diese schnell und komplett auf Deutsch verfügbar sind.

    Hallo Johannes,
    Die gegenwärtige Übersetzung ist nicht komplett von mir. Meine, saubere, habe ich lokal. Gerade weil da einiges nicht stimmt, zB “Post” wird mit “Beitrag” anstatt mit “Absenden” übersetzt, meine Initiative. Ich hab sonst mehr als genug zu tun, aber es geht mir mittlerweile auf den Zeiger, dass meine eigene Übersetzung immer mit schlechten/falschen vom WordPress Server überschrieben wird. Deshalb möchte ich sie an der Quelle korrigieren und freigeben.
