Note: in my earlier request (https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2026/07/13/pte-request-for-my-plugin-9/) the #tr_TR item was marked as already assigned, but the Stocktake project page still shows no Turkish editor and the 276 Turkish stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. I submitted on 11 July are still waiting, so it seems the assignment did not go through. This request is for the Turkish localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. I reviewed your translations and I granted PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves. rights to you. Please see below:

I fixed 26 entries, which you can see here. They included ~15 glossary inconsistencies, ~10 meaning and fluency problems and 2 title-case issues. Please review them and follow our guides with your other translations.

We, as #tr_TR translation team, follow some guides to do translations, corrections, get help etc. We expect the same from our new friends who want to contribute.
