The plugin is published under the company account @adwebsar, which cannot take part in the community per the guidelines, so I am posting from my personal account.

The plugin integrates with Correo Argentino and only ships within Argentina; its whole interface is already in Spanish. The readme is in English as the directory requires, so the Spanish listing depends entirely on these translations. The plugin name and short description are already suggested, and I have the full readme translated for both localesLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. you are seeing in tuteo are three older suggestions made from the company account @adwebsar before I imported the file, and one of them is the “Puedes agregar” you quoted. I fixed it.
