         - Hi [@tobifjellner](https://profiles.wordpress.org/tobifjellner/), thank
           you for your reply.
         - It has now been more than two weeks. I asked the French team on their SlackSlack

The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at [https://make.wordpress.org/chat/](https://make.wordpress.org/chat/)
as you suggested, without any answer, and there has been no response from
           the fr_FR team here either.
         - Meanwhile the translation has grown with the pluginPlugin A plugin is a

 13. Hi [@pixfeed](https://profiles.wordpress.org/pixfeed/)
      When I look at [https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/fr/default/wp-plugins/colisly/](https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/fr/default/wp-plugins/colisly/)
I can see that the translation of the pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software
containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They
can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress
plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with
WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory [https://wordpress.org/plugins/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/)
or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party. itself has moved ahead quite a
bit. But also that the more experienced people of the [#fr_FR](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=fr_FR)
team have changed quite a few stringsString A string is a translatable part of
the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings.. You
can analyze how many of your suggested strings were changed here: [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/colisly/stable/fr/default/?filters%5Bterm%5D=&filters%5Bterm_scope%5D=scope_any&filters%5Bstatus%5D=rejected_or_changesrequested_or_old&filters%5Buser_login%5D=pixfeed&filter=Apply+Filters&sort%5Bby%5D=original_date_added&sort%5Bhow%5D=desc](https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/colisly/stable/fr/default/?filters%5Bterm%5D=&filters%5Bterm_scope%5D=scope_any&filters%5Bstatus%5D=rejected_or_changesrequested_or_old&filters%5Buser_login%5D=pixfeed&filter=Apply+Filters&sort%5Bby%5D=original_date_added&sort%5Bhow%5D=desc)
For each stringString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation
consists of a multitude of localized strings., you can hit the context menu and
open “Translation History” to see how your string was improved.
 14. Perhaps [@mikejpr](https://profiles.wordpress.org/mikejpr/) can add some general
     remarks here.
 15. For now, though, I’ll remove the to-do status of this post.
